Discover the heart of Central Italy at Norcino for a Roman lunch & dining experience. Our roots trace back to the centuries-old traditions of Norcini in the Apennines, where our ancestors raised pigs and perfected the art of curing meats. A few generations later, we’ve crafted a menu that reflects the traditional flavors of Rome, Umbria, Lazio, and Central Italy.
At the heart of our offerings are the housemade Guanciale and Porchetta, delicacies that represent the essence of our region and that are cured in-house over multiple months by our chef Fabio. All our ingredients are sustainably made from scratch or sourced from exceptional producers. They become the soul of our pasta dishes such as our famous Carbonara, Amatriciana, or our handmade Gnocchi with slow-braised ragu. We also offer most of our products in the Deli. Thereby we want to create a dining experience that pays homage to the simplicity and authenticity of Roman Italian cuisine.
